How do I get a price quote for my labels or sachets?

I am launching a new product; can you help me with correct label size(s)?

Our team has over 25 years of experience and will work with you to match the label to the container. We make sure you are satisfied with the way your product looks.

How do I choose the right material for my label?

Your customer service representative will guide you through the process and offer you the right materials for your product.

What is the estimated time for my label or sachet order to be ready?

Re-Runs with no changes 2 to 3 days; New Orders or Re-Runs with Changes 3 to 4 days (after proof approval on portal). If you need your order in a rush – no problem - speak to your Customer Service Representative and we work quickly to meet your deadline.

Can you see proofs before printing the entire label order?

With our computerized software you will receive a web link for a visual digital proof in your inbox so you can approve or make any changes before your order is printed.

How do I know what my label/ sachet will look like?

We do offer finished sample labels when you need a new product, use a new material, or is recommended by your Customer Service Representative.

How do I check my proofs online?

Our prepress department will send you credentials and instructions to our portal for you to approve the art proofs. Please make sure to check your art carefully before approving.

Will the colors on my label proof match what I see on my computer screen?

Colors may vary due to different monitor displays, some colors in you label proof may not be exact. We can offer a finished press proof.

Can I send you artwork created in a word processor program such as Microsoft Word?

Word processor programs such as Microsoft Word or presentation programs such as Microsoft Power Point do not create files in a suitable artwork format for label printing. Programs like Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Acrobat (PDF) at a high resolution, with bleeds, embedded images and fonts converted to outline, are the preferred file type. There are several other file formats we will accept. Please contact Customer Service if you have any question on the preferred file format.

How do I know my order has been received and it is being processed?

You will receive an ACKNOWLEDGEMENT via email once the order has been entered in our system.

What are your payment methods?

We accept all major credit cards; checks and cash. We also offer credit if you qualify.

How is my product delivered?

There are different ways you can get your product. We use a local delivery company; via UPS; you can also pick up at our warehouse area where we follow CDC Covid Guidelines.
